Why Gloggner Thinks Beyond the Blueprint

When a customer puts pen to paper, a new idea for a part takes shape. Next, the customer creates the print for a functional part down to the smallest measurements. Once approved, the print is sent to our metal fabrication shop for manufacturing.

But imagine if no one points out that a tube the customer called out is ⅛” over the standard size, which will cost twice as much. Many shops will go ahead and follow the print to a T, then bill the customer for more than they expected.

That doesn’t happen at Gloggner Metal Fabricators

If we get a design with a tube that's ⅛” wider than the standard size, we look twice. If using the slightly smaller pre-made tube won’t impact the part’s functionality, we’ll call you up and save you that cost.

When you work with Gloggner, you get the highest quality part for the lowest possible price—even if that means differing slightly from the part you initially drew.

Our Metal Fabrication Shop’s Collaborative Approach

At Gloggner, we see fabrication projects as collaborations. Our extensive engineering experience allows us to bridge the gap between customers’ ideas and practical implementation. While we understand that customers have specific design preferences and requirements, we aim to achieve a balance between customization and cost-effectiveness.

We proactively contact customers to discuss non-standard design elements that may significantly impact fabrication time and cost. These collaborative discussions enable us to propose alternative solutions that meet customers' functional requirements while optimizing efficiency and reducing expenses.

By treating customers as collaborators, we ensure the final product aligns with your expectations and your budget.

Building Long-Term Partnerships

We’ve always focused on cultivating trust with customers—and our collaborative approach to projects is just one way we do that. In our 30 years as a metal fabrication shop, we’ve developed a reputation for consistently delivering value and quality. There’s a reason many customers have been with us for over 20 years.

We want to build long-term partnerships because it helps us serve customers better. Working with the same customers on a regular basis enhances our understanding of the parts we’re manufacturing and allows for continuous improvement.

But when we talk about continuous improvement, we’re not just talking about parts. In an industry that’s been around for hundreds of years, Gloggner stands out because we embrace modern practices. We put our money where our mouth is and invest in technology and equipment upgrades that make services like waterjet cutting more efficient and cost-effective.

We always have an eye on the market to stay ahead of the curve and deliver only the best to our customers. By demonstrating a commitment to reliable, innovative service, we hope to transform first-time customers into long-time partners.
