Paid time off enables a better work/life balance for each employee. We’ve been proud to add PTO to our employee compensation packages.

Gloggner employees know they can take this time to vacation with their families without sacrificing paid time. 

To further encourage team members to take time for themselves, we give everyone their birthday as a paid day off. Additionally, two paid bereavement days are available. 

Team celebrations

Celebrating our wins and spending quality time together are also vital to Gloggner’s company culture. 

We’ve started hosting holiday parties so the team can gather to honor a year of great work. Last year, we were thrilled to be able to provide a holiday bonus.
